Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges can only be made on Ready To Wear items for equal or lesser value. No Refunds.

Exchange Time Frame: 10 days from delivery date

Items that we do not exchange on:

- Items that appear to be worn

- Items that have been damaged or stained

 

- Items seen on social media

- Styles purchased at final sale. A style considered 'final sale' if it appears in the 1of1 or Limited Edition section and shows an individual marked down price.

- Styles purchased on Holiday events such as Black Friday & Cyber Monday using discount code.

Custom items are not eligible for Exchanges/Refunds

You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued unless we are at fault. Are items are carefully designed and requires great time and effort.
